At the end of the call, we open it up so that agents can speak to our CEO, David Carroll and all others on the call. If you would like to speak, please raise your hand. Directions on how to raise your hand are here. When you are selected to speak, you will be promoted as a panelist. 

If you raise your hand to speak:

• Please do not walk away from your device and be ready when it is your turn. You could be promoted at any time and we are excited to hear from you! 
• Please remain muted until it is your turn to speak. The mic will pick up background noise, breathing, rustling papers, ect. 
• When the person ahead of you has finished, you will need to unmute yourself. You can learn about the mute button on your specific device here.
