Modified Approval AKA Offers
Effective Immediately (March 20th, 2020)
Any Modified Approval email sometimes referred to as an Offer email where a worse than applied for rating is offered. If that offer is accepted by the client, in addition to sending an acceptance email to the case manager, the writing agent will be required to provide an updated illustration which will need to include the updated rating, possible updated premium amount, and all other changes needed or requested must be outlined in the offer acceptance email prior to the case being issued.
Cases will be held until the above referenced requirements are received.
