E-Delivery Opt Out

To opt out of e-delivery: At time of sale, please indicate on the application if a client would like to opt out of the e-delivery process, and we will be happy to mail a physical copy of the policy.

On the e-application, you can make a note on the first page in the Case Description section (figure 1), or you can make a note in the Additional Information section of the Agent Report page (figure 2).

Please note, our standard practice is to mail policies to the agent. We are no longer mailing policies directly to clients. This allows you to facilitate the delivery of the policy package and collect the signed delivery requirements for submission.
