How do I quit/resign from PFA?
If you wish to resign from PFA, please email customersupport@pfaoffice.com. We prefer that you resign in writing, not via a phone call.
- If you are eligible for a refund, you will be sent a form to fill out that will provide us with the necessary information to process your refund.
- Be sure to include your name, PFA ID#, reason for leaving.
- As a result of your resignation, you will be removed from our texting and P-TRAC systems.
- However, should you wish to return, do not hesitate to contact us at support@pfaoffice.com and we will happily reopen your account.
DO NOT FILL OUT ANY FORM provided by anyone other than Customer Support. We must received an email from you requesting resignation in order for it to be official and for you to be eligible for a refund if requested within the 10 business day trial period.
Release Forms:
Licensing will reach out to NLG to terminate your appointment under the PFA Contract, but PFA does not sign release forms and you would need to work with NLG to transfer without a signed release. We have to abide by NLG transfer rules as well when agents transfer into PFA. It is a standard practice for a previous agency not to sign transfer/release forms. Please follow up with NLG to find out what your options are.
