Making changes to your profile

Watch this video to better understand what you can and cannot change in your profile settings.


To edit your profile, please follow these instructions:

  • Log into P-TRAC
  • Go to the "My PFA" dropdown menu located in the upper left hand side of the page
  • When the dropdown opens, select "Edit Profile"
  • Make necessary edit(s)
  • Select "Update" button at bottom of profile to save changes
  • Done!

Items you can change on your profile:

  • Your password
  • Profile picture
  • Address including city, state and zip code
  • Phone numbers
  • Alternate email

Items you cannot change on your profile:

  • Your name and/or display name
  • Your PFA ID number
  • Your PFA ID email
    • Unfortunately, we are no longer able to customize PFA email addresses. All new profiles are now created with an email address that indicates the member's PFA ID. These are unique to each agent.

If you need to change your name, please feel free to send an email to support@pfaoffice.com.

NOTE: We ask that, for account security purposes, the new associate contacts us directly, rather than the Upline or a team member. We cannot accept any account change requests from anyone other than the associate themselves.
