New agent did not get welcome emails
When you register as a new associate, you should receive three new recruit/welcome emails from Webmaster@pfaoffice.com.
The email subjects are:
- Welcome to PFA Online!
- New User Instructions!
- Congratulations on joining PFA
Please be sure to check your Junk/Spam folder and your In Box to locate these emails. If you cannot find them, you may have entered your email address incorrectly when you registered.
Please email support@pfaoffice.com with the correct email to which the emails should be forwarded.
NOTE: We ask that, for account security purposes, the new associate contacts us directly, rather than the Upline or a team member. We cannot accept any account change requests from anyone other than the associate themselves.
