New Recruit Sign Up Errors
If you have a new recruit that is not showing in your downline:
- Please have the new agent contact support@pfaoffice.com NOT Licensing if you believe this was just a typographically error or entered incorrectly.
- Make sure the new agent includes his or her PFA ID# and the name and PFA ID# of who should be the correct upline.
- For account security purposes, we need to hear directly from the new recruit. We cannot accept change requests from team members or uplines
If your new recruit did not get his or her Welcome Emails:
- Please have the new agent contact support@pfaoffice.com.
- Make sure the new agent includes his or her PFA ID# in all communications.
- For account security purposes, we need to hear directly from the new recruit. We cannot accept change requests from team members or uplines.
If the new recruit entered his or her name or email address incorrectly when registering:
- Please have the new agent contact support@pfaoffice.com.
- Make sure the new agent includes his or her PFA ID# in all communications.
