Equity Sharing Bonus Pool (ESBP)

• Agent must be active loyal leaders in good standing and abiding by all PFA contract obligations (must have a minimum 80% persistency ratio)
• Three pools - Personal Net Paid, Base Shop Net Paid and Infinity AV SEFD Net Paid.
• Personal sales must be made up of at least 3 sales equal to 20,000 net paid per month minimum.
• Base Shop sales must be made up of at least 25 sales equal to 100,000 net paid per month minimum.
• Infinity AV SEFD sales must be made up of sales equal to 500,000 net paid per month minimum.
• Any applications received into PFA that are older than 7 days from date written will not count.
• Bonus will be calculated based on net paid business to PFA for the calendar month of LSW business.
• Only Life of the Southwest and National Life (New York) permanent life products will count. No Life of the Southwest or National Life (New York) term products will be counted. Western Reserve Life Term Life 20 years or more and permanent life products will count. All other carriers and annuity products will not count.
• Internal replacements, rewrites and immediate family sales(spouse or children) will not count towards bonus pools.
