Terms that Apply to All Transfers

Agents are allowed only two transfers within their PFA career. A 6-month inactive transfer is considered the first transfer. After using the first transfer the agent must be 24 months inactive to use their second transfer. The transferring agent will not be eligible for an increase to their current commission rate for 1 year from the date the transfer was made effective.

If it is found that the transferring agent was solicited or induced to sit out a period of inactivity to transfer to another team, that transfer will be revoked, and compliance will be contacting the parties involved. Internal solicitation of active agents will not be tolerated.
