How do I get a copy of the application (e-app)?

How to download a PDF copy of your Application:

Log in to nationallife.com, and click on iGO e-App. 

Choose “View My Cases” and click on the PDF icon for the policy you want.

If you have a pop up blocker you may need to turn it off or use the method below:

Click on the Hyperlink and your PDF file will open.
