Why does my commissions statement say "Owed"?

Minimum Amount for a Commission Payment:

Premier Financial Alliance (PFA) does not issue commission payments for less than $50.00. Once you have accumulated a minimum of $50.00 in commissions due to you, the commissions will be paid out.

Life of the Southwest (LSW) Debt:

If there is any existing LSW debt all future PFA commissions will be put on hold until that debt has been cleared.
